Are the baskets exactly as shown in the pictures?
Your basket will closely resemble baskets showcased on our site.
Please keep in mind all baskets shown and their contents are subject
to availability. Should we be unable to obtain a specific basket
or product, we will only substitute a product of equal or greater
value that we are confident will delight both you and your recipient.
Can I request a custom designed gift basket?
Yes, simply call us at 707-546-6778 and tell us what you would
like us to create. And don’t worry if you’re not quite
sure what you’re looking for… we’ve got lots
of ideas!
What if I'm not happy with the gift basket?
We have been the recipients of less than exciting gift baskets
with a small amount of product and a lot of filler, with humdrum
presentations and boring bows. We strive to make all our gift
presentations an outstanding value for you and an awesome gift
for your recipient. Give us a try. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
If you or your recipient is not pleased with your gift, we will
replace it with one of equal value at no charge. All we ask is
that you notify us immediately if a replacement is needed.
How do I know my credit card information is secure?
Our site uses state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layers Encryption
to prevent your credit card information from being intercepted
in transit. And for your added security, we NEVER store your credit
card information on our web servers.
How long will it take my order to be completed?
Gift baskets are shipped within one working day of the date the
order was placed unless a later shipping date is requested or
special shopping is required to fill a custom order. Need a last
minute gift? If you are located in the Santa Rosa area, call us
… we’ll make a fun, personal gift… right away!
How will my basket be shipped?
We offer a choice of shipping methods when you check out. Personal
delivery of your gift basket order is available in the Santa Rosa,
CA area.
Can I order several baskets on-line at the same time and
specify different shipping addresses?
Yes. While our shopping cart provides space for only one ship
to address, we will contact you if more than one basket is ordered
to get additional delivery addresses and make any necessary adjustments
in shipping charges.
